We stayed for 6 days. I booked an oceanview room (don't waste your money) and they didn't have one for us, they told us to come back the next day and they would put us in our ocean view room. The next day we were getting ready, we asked for more towels because we used the other ones the night before and the cleaning lady took those but didn't give us anymore. We asked and they said in 5 minutes, we dried off with hand towels and a few hours later we got our towels (they said the laundry wasn't done yet). After being persistent about getting our oceanview room, we finally got it. It was a partial ocean view, you had to look through the palm trees and past the tiki pool bar to see the ocean, but you could see some of it (thats your oceanview). They comped us for the room not being available with the Lobster Beach party and two 25 minutes massages. The Lobster Beach Party wasn't all that great, really windy, unorganized, waited 20minutes to get our drinks. The massages were nice though! The beds are uncomfortable, we both woke up each morning with a lower back aches. It says that the rooms include an exterior jacuzzi which is a jacuzzi tub that is on the balcony, its not very big, the one in second room worked, but it smelled like the motor was burning up and the button stuck. The wait staff at the buffet was slow with the drinks and the wait staff at the pool and beach were also(not the bar ones), Very windy but warm. Not much music is played and not many activities happening. If you like quiet quiet then this is for you. Rooms were spacious.

Nice Resort - very clean, nice rooms and good food. The Royal Beach was not as crowded and the restaurants are nicer than your standard cafeteria style setups of other all inclusive resorts. The negative include my the check in experience where I was told that because they were "over sold" the swim up room that I had paid for and confirmed prior to arrival would not be available until the next day. After demanding that they make good on my reservation as well as standing my ground and asking to get management involved they miraculously were able to find the type of room I had paid for. Not the most pleasant way to start a vacation. Two other minor nuisance were the number of mosquitos in the room, on average would have to kill 3 to 5 mosquitos each night and cover our bedding with off spray to avoid waking up with nasty stings. Other resorts I've stayed at I haven't experienced the mosquito issue in the actual room. Lastly, something that is very common in most resorts is that you have to get up really early around 6am in order to secure a shaded area in the beach or pool area. If you go past 7am you will not be able to secure a good spot. This may not be an issue for some people but be mindful that the Caribbean sun can be a somewhat overpowering for those of us coming from a colder place and you can risk getting a nasty sunburn.

Newest property with latest amenities and no kids. Fun 20s-50s age guests. Absolutely spotless european style hotel in a Zen theme. Rooms are large clean and very comfortable. Airconditioning system is new and ultra quiet all we heard at night was the ocean with palm leaves blowing in the breeze. Large bathroom features big walk-in shower with seperate privacy room for toilet. We enjoyed the relaxing in the courtyard floating endless river with afternoons on the beach and snorkeling with live entertainment outdoors in the evening. Only used the TV once. This is the place to enjoy being outside topless sunbathing is allowed on beach. Really enjoyed the private jacuzzi on our patio. NH Royals beach and grounds are magnificently kept. Security is excellent. Each morning the staff cleans the beach rakes and resets their magnificent beach for another perfect day. We walked 2 miles in each direction and NH is the best. Breakfast is your choice of outdoor on the veranda overlooking the ocean or airconditioned indoors. My highest compliments to the wonderful staff. Their buffet was exceptional in variety quality freshness and temperature. Usually all-inclusives skimp on the food but not NH Royal Beach. Chef grills lunch by the beach for you to enjoy without having to leave or change. Just put on your t-shirt and sandals. Guys should pack a pair of long trousers and closed toe shoes if you want to dine in any of the resturants. NH Royal beach has 3 and the ajacent NH Resort offers 3 more plus a dance club with live music and casino. The variety of drinks with name-brand alcohol was excellent and with a polite request the bartender is happy to add extra shot of your favorite. NH Royal serves a very good house wine. A

What you see is what you get! The online photos capture the resort exactly. The staff and facility are top notch. This is a small quaint resort the ALL adult makes it the perfect place to stay for adult travelers. We were very impressed with the stylishness of the property. The common areas are all air conditioned as well as the rooms. The entire resort was extremely clean and the staff was on top of everything. We loved the turn down service at night - it was refreshing when we entered our room after a long day. This site offers reservations in smaller restaurants but we really enjoyed the buffet much more. They had theme nights and the choices were fantastic. There was none of the quotchicken with this sauce and the next day chicken with another sauce etc.quot. They featured grilled lobster one night awesome Italian the next Oriental night and so on. This is one of the first resorts I have stayed at that offered an extensive Wine selection - being the wine snob that I am I thoroughly enjoyed this. The higher end wines do come at an additional charge - but they are well worth it. We upgraded at the last minute to a swim up room and it was definitely worth the extra cost. By far this property had the BEST part of the beach. Plenty of chairs and they offered fantastic security on the beach 24/7. They have a dive shop on the property which makes it very convenient for first timers #40like myself#41 as well as for seasoned divers. We cant say enough nice things about this resort - it was hard to leave after our 7 day vacation....
