We arrived with a reservation for two queen beds at around 6:00 p.m, non-smoking and given a room with two double beds. I booked the reservation through web and had the reservation confirmation with me. The front desk employee told me they had me down for two double beds and that web made a mistake and to take it up with them. They had no more rooms with two queen beds. I noticed on their paperwork that we had a room assignment that was crossed out and given a different room number. When I asked about it she said it was given to someone else that came in before us. I wonder if it was a double queen room? We have two teenage kids of opposite sex and my daughter slept on the floor. There was barely room to on the floor but we got by. When I checked out I noticed we were billed for two queen beds. The manager was working in the morning, and he corrected the mistake and said it was their fault that we got put in the smaller room and apologized. Other than the poor customer service by one staff member, the place was clean and nicely remodeled. Our room was on the small side and the beds were not very comfortable. There was a nice restaurant next door that we walked to and had a lovely dinner outside.
