Rooms clean, beds comfortable, halls dingy, elevators from circa 1935. Desk clerk, supervisor & mgr spent 10 minutes checking-in the guest before me unsuccessfully before bothering to check me in. Restaurant OK, slow service.

I book guest to my company here daily. Very rarely do I ever have any complaints. These would be the 1st to let me know if it was as bad as these reviews say. I work with their staff and have never had one be rude to me.

Out of all the hotels I have stayed at, this is the worse one! The reservation staff were rude, the manager I spoke to was very rude. I wanted connecting rooms for my childern and they said it was on a first come, first serve basis, then why make a reservation? I tried to cancel my room 4 days in advance and they were trying to charge me a cancellation fee! I will never stay at this hotel again, even if I have to sleep in my car! Rude, Rude staff. Just terrible!
