My wife and I booked a 3 night stay at this hotel and received the special AAA rate (regular was $*). After checking in and seeing the room and the state of the hotel we decided to change hotels after 1 night. It seems as if the hotel charges extra for those things we have come to expect in a hotel, eg, hair dryer, free internet, refrig, etc. Our room had none of these and the $*/day internet was ridiculous. When I checked out after 1 day the desk person made no inquiry about my stay, just printed a receipt and handed it to me.When we got home and checked our credit charge it was $* more than the printed receipt.Do not stay at this hotel! The 4 Points (also by Sheraton) is just a few miles away and has excellent service and amenities.

This is a fine hotel; we have stayed here previosuly, and we received a complimentary upgrade to a mini suite ( perfect as we were traveling with small children). We were not told at the time of our reservation that the pool ws closed - a big disappointment due to the children traveling with us - and would have changed our reservation had we been informed.

The Army sent my husband TDY to this horrible hotel. It's overpriced and the service leaves much to be desired. I made arrangements at the Homewood Suites at the Crossing for the same price, where my husband received Manager's Special Mon-Thurs, which included a hot breakfast and a hot dinner . At Homewood my husband had free internet in his room, unlike the Sheraton that will charge you $10 for 24hrs...what a rip off. My husband had a full kitchen in the Homewood Suites so that he would not have to eat out each day. At this point I don't know who I'm more disappointed in , the Army or the Sheraton. Once the "Leadership" found out my husband was living better than the others, they forced him to move back into the crappy Sheraton. What a way to take care of our troops!!!!

Hotel needs updating, the parking garage seems to offer absolutely no security and is quite a walk unless you want to pay for valet parking, hotel staff was not helpful, rooms are not very clean and are old, for the money a traveler could stay in a MUCH better hotel

We have stayed in many Starwood Properties and this was by far the worst. The room was filthy. There was either food or vomit on the carpet on the side of the bed. I left housekeeping a note concerning this and they did nothing. There was no hangers in the closets(we were in a suite), no coffee pot for the coffee maker and no plastic bag for dirty clothes. It was very obvious housekeeping was not doing their job. We also could hear every word spoken in the room next door, that is when their baby wasn't screaming. What a mess!
