  The bed at the sheraton was great. slept like a baby. the room was always clean and the bathroom was very spacious. i highly recommend this hotel.

  Staff was super helpful. Ask to stay on the pool side of the hotel because the other side faces the 580 freeway. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Punch and cookies in the lobby, complimentary water and Bliss bath products in the room, nice touch. Check out the Sheraton website for special deals--we ended up with a great rate of $100/nt with a $50 gas card. Conveniently located--we headed up to Sonoma and Napa one day before heading back to Pleasanton for work. Small complaint - the pool was warm, but could have been cleaner and the jacuzzi was hot, but the jets were broken.

  The rooms was great except that we were on the 3rd floor and on the side by the freeway - so it was very noisy. Beware if you are a light sleeper as the traffic is constant all night long.

  We stayed in the hotel when it was being transformed from a Wyndham to a Sheraton. It seemed as though the staff was in transition. We requested a crib, but could continually got the runaround with hotel staff to get it delivered. After several hours (and a very tired 18 month old), we were told their crib ""was broken"".On the upside, their beds were very comfortable and the location is good.
