We would definitely stay here again. We booked this hotel on-line and did not realize that it was the same location we had gotten married at 18 years ago. Since then it had been renovated and the name had changed. Very pleasant surprise! People that work there are very friendly and helpful. We intend to stay there again next month for our monthly getaway!

Called ahead to say that we would not be checking in until later that night. They were very accomodating. When we arrived the staff at the front desk was quick and friendly in checking us in. The suite was clean and very appealing. Beds were comfortable. Everything was perfect. The hotel is close to restaurants , shopping and the airport. There were not enough towels for the amount of people but I went to the front desk and they gave me plenty.

The hotel is older but very clean. The lobby area is quite pretty with the plants water pond etc. The staff was extremely friendly and always willing to help. Small fitness center but then again most places don't have a large one. There is a train that runs near the hotel but I didn't find it bothered us. I believe it was mostly a short commuter train and it didn't blow a whistle.

The hotel staff was not friendly nor was my room ready upon arrival. They did not accomodate me for the inconvenience but gave me the worst possible view...of the roof top AC unit. I explained that I was a SPG Gold member and AMEX Gold card carrier and it made no difference. The cleanliness was a joke. I asked to have my room cleaned over and the housekeeper showed me some mixed products in un-labeled bottles and explained that this was all she was provided with for sanitization. I thought the rooms might be too good to be true for the value and I was right! They weren
