We have been staying at Shilo for several years now whenever we visit family in Grants Pass. It is the best deal for the money and we have NEVER had any issues with them. Staff is always cheerful & helpful and the morning breakfasts are top notch considering it is FREE. We <3 Shilo!!

Stayed here before going to Oregon Caves, chose it based on name reputation and were very disappointed. Short version...old property, bed was a brick, tv remote didn't work, only had decaf coffee and no cream in room, had continental breakfast but no place to sit and enjoy it. Went to Goldminers Restaurant and got better food and service.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was incredibly helpful and nice. It is very easy to get to from Interstate 5 which is a bonus on long road trips! We enjoyed a nice walk down the street and felt safe and secure in the area on the way to dinner. Great stay!

We found the Grant's Pass Shilo Inn to be exactly what we would have expected. It is a bit dated, but perfectly adequate for an overnight stay or a stay of a few days. Had some issues with first two rooms we were supposed to be in, but the staff was on top of things and moved us to an upgraded mini-suite that was fine. Overall, staff was pleasant, courteous, and helpful. Continental breakfast turned out to be more substantial than expected with microwavable sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches or burritos in addition to the usual items.
