Curb appeal not bad but we were expecting a hotel. These are apartments! Room stunk to high heavens, phones in room didn't work. If you have small children they won't be able to use the pool. The short end of the pool was 4 ft. The pool was a good 2 blocks from our room - a real pain for a family. We didn't feel it was the safest environment for our family. We stayed 1 night and went somewhere else. On the positive side, our apt had a full kitchen stocked with everything you'd need to cook and our 2 bedroom apt was spacious. The staff was very nice as well.

I stayed here with my two teenagers and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The 2-bedroom apt was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was perfect for our needs. We found the staff to be especially helpful -- the woman who checked us in late on Sunday night was sweet and personable. We took a day off from skiing and played racketball, did laundry and rested. The woman who takes care of the clubhouse area was also very nice -- it felt like having a grandma there. They have free tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the office and even free fresh pop corn which made our movie nights even more enjoyable. I will admit, I had read some of the negative reviews and was a little worried, but my concerns were completely disspelled. The property is not in a pretty part of town, but it felt safe and the proximity to the airport (free shuttle, too!) was a big plus. It was quiet and affordable. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it, as well.

I prepaid for a hotel room then was refused to be allowed to check in due to no credit card. I used a debit card to purchase the room but they would not accept it or cash when I checked in. They insisted they needed to preauthorize a credit card for incidentals. When I explained that all I had was cash or debit card, they refused to let me check in, refused to give me my money back and were completely unaccommodating. Additionally, when I got to the property I found it to be in a very very rough part of town, and the hotel is a hotel/apartment complex mixed so was a very seedy group of people around. I'm not sure why anyone would want to go on vacation and stay in a ghetto apartment complex when for the same money you could stay in a nice hotel.

This is not a business hotel! There is no internet available in the rooms/apartments. There is VERY limited wireless during the hours of the clubhouse - but when I could get a wireless connection the internet connection was down - later it was the reverse. My hairdryer blew up the first day, there was no alarm clock, and the one delivered when I complained wouldn't allow you to set minutes for the clock or alarm. The facility seemed old. My co-worker had to move the few working light bulbs around to accomodate what he was doing. If you are needing business services - do yourself a favor and try somewhere else! The nights are very dark and it's difficult to see when you have to walk to the office or 'club house' for anything -

I was surprised because it was actually more of an apartment complex than a hotel. My studio had a nice bed, full kitchen, big closet and full bath. I was happy with the room. Although it was a ground floor studio with a living space above it. With tile floors upstairs, it was very noisy when there were people there. There was no restaurant or grocery store nearby though so for me that was a bit of a problem as I did not have my own transportation. They did provide transportation to the airport though, and that was important for me.
