I stay at the Sleep Inn in Kingsport at least once a month. I travel on business on the road 250 days a year. This is one of the best hotels I frequent. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are all ways clean, and the cookies in the evenings are delicious!

We recently stayed at the Sleep Inn in Kingsport,TN because our truck was broke down. The Freightliner dealership recommended this hotel, so we decided it must be good, but what we found was a totally different experiance. The first room that we were in we found bed bugs and promptly took them to show the front desk, at this time they appologized and we were given another room. Then again in the second room we found bugs!!! Then we were told that there was nothing that they could do and they handed us a can of home insecticide spray and were told,"you can spray your room." I couldnt believe this type of service. We have NEVER been treated this poorly for something that we pay for and that we expect to be nice. The manager has yet to get in contact with us. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, they never compensated us for our poor experiance or appologize. This hotel is disgusting to have bugs in their rooms and to do nothing about it. I hope NO ONE ever has to go through an experiance like this again!!

I always stay at this hotel whenever I fly from Dallas to TRI airport. It is so close to the airport. When I make the 21/2 hours drive from my destination to take an early flight out the next day, it is nice to know that I will have a good nights sleep in a clean and great location. The staff is always wonderful and I always get everything that I have asked for with my room. I love the place and will always stay there whenever I'm in town. The front desk people are the best. I travel alot all over the world and know just how important that is. Thanks everyone!!
