Got in late and my reservation was for a double queen room. We walked into the room to find no beds. One bed frame but no mattress on it. The a/c unit was in the middle of the room leaving a hole in the wall. When we brought this up to the front desk we were told no other rooms were available. I asked for a refund and was told that since I booked and paid online- that wasn't possible. Eventually we were given another room with one bed and they brought in a cot for my son. This entire hotel was filthy and the photo's are no where near an accurate representation.

I have stayed here before and I have not had any problems. However, this time was a very bad experience. The hallways and the stairwells were filthy. The microwave in my room, though new in appearence, was dirt and smelled of burnt food. The hotel is apparently under staffed because my room wasn't cleaned until nearly five in the afternoon. I spoke with several other guest and they also noticed the same problems with this hotel.

We stayed one night on our trip through Denver. The staff was so helpful and FUN! Yes, I love hotel staff that can joke around. The breakfast was great, loved the waffles, juices and coffee. Rooms were clean and perfect for our needs. You can't beat the price of this hotel. I highly recommend the Sleep In at Denver Tech.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we had another pleasant stay. The rooms are not large, but for a one or two night stay they are definitely sufficient. To me cleanliness is always more important than the size of the room and both times the room has been very well kept. A good choice for an inexpensive stay in the DTC area.
