  The neighborhood is REALLY creepy, there were always weird people hanging around because of the 24 hour Denny's next door. The whole hotel smelled terribly of smoke. The attendant was dressed horribly and looked very unprofessional, when it was time to check out she was sleeping in the back room and had to be yelled awake. Room was decent and did not smell of smoke but the towels were dirty and had hair on them.

  Was very comfortable at this hotel. It was quiet and clean beyond expectations. The staff were very helpful and genuinely friendly. Would recommend to anyone. Our family will certainly stay again when next in Fort Collins, Colorado

  The hotel discription lists hot tub and pool at this hotel- but it doesn't have one. Imagine our surprise when checking in with three kids! YEAH!- Not only was it too late to book another hotel, the office staff was rude to us about the problem-The nerve! Do not stay here - especially if you don't like to be baited and switched! Shame on you Travel agent. Disappointed in Colorado!

  Nice motel for the money. separate sink from shower and toilet. big shower (no tub). small breakfast area, but they did have yogurt. $* extra per night for refrigerator & microwave. charged $* ...

  Nice motel for the money. Separate sink from shower and toilet. Big shower (no tub). Small breakfast area, but they did have yogurt. $* extra per night for refrigerator & microwave. Charged $*for room safe that we didn't use and didn't offer to take this charge off at check out.
