  The room was nice. the pool was tiny. the staff was terrible. had a problem where there was a loud party going on in the room next door at 3a ...

  The room was nice. The pool was TINY. The staff was terrible. Had a problem where there was a loud party going on in the room next door at 3a so I attempted to call the front desk for some assistance in dealing with them Nobody answered the phone. I even used my cell phone and dialed outside the hotel and again no answer. Finally I went down to the front desk and there were some staff just sitting around chatting ... apparently not capable of answering the phone. They couldn't be bothered to go up and speak with the guests but did call. About 30 minutes later the party ended. The next morning I attempted to speak with somebody about why nobody was answering phones in the middle of the night but the desk clerk was on the phone She told me she was ""busy"" and I'd have to wait. I don't think so. I do not recommend!

  Although this hotel is difficult to get to because of the Denver Airport's poor design (all hotels near the airport are difficult to get to) it was a pleasant stay. The airport in Denver has a major traffic flow flaw - poor signs indicating roads that change names. Do not let this hinder your stay here though - call the hotel and beg for directions if need be...that's what we did. Also be warned the lines at rental car place was unreal 1.5 hours - and gps does not work for many of the hotels near by.

  This hotel was a lovely experience. My room was very nice and clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. The pool was very, very, very small, hardly anything to write home about, or maybe you would because it's so teeny. Fitness room had one treadmill and a few other items. Continental breakfast was fresh and filling.
