I was visiting family during the Christmas time and had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. The free breakfast and internet were huge pluses, especially for a family traveling over the holidays. The internet handled great, especially for streaming cartoon for my young son. This was definitely a great value.

I used to live in Fresno and went back to visit for a week. I search all over the web for hotels away from quotcertain areasquot. I needed a quiet area to relax and have friends over I found it! This hotel was very modern and a decent amount of amenities with was especially nice #40fridge microwave sofa bed#41. I liked that they have movable furniture so that it makes it easier to make room for guests. The hotel staff was especially nice and extremely helpful! A friend and I were playing XBOX and another friend had a laptop and we had mechanical problems and we gave the front desk a call and they totally helped us out! And the housekeeping service is friendly excellent and quick! The only problem I had was that their internet signal was pretty weak so we didnt get a great connection for Netflix or XBOX live #40we were in Fresno not much to do!#41 For the week I stayed I went to the local grocery store and stocked up on food to keep eating out to a minimum. And my friends really enjoyed the pool and hot tub :#41 PROS: Almost everything! CONS: Slow/bad internet connection and slightly overpriced snacks

Stayed over Saturday night of Thanksgiving weekend and the place was a ghost-town. I thought that would be a bonus, but as it turned out they placed the few of us that were actually in the hotel all on the same row of rooms on the same floor. And of course we got next to a room of young men watching the football game. So in a virtually vacant hotel, we had to change rooms because of the noise level of our neighbors. I know having us all together is really great for the staff, but as a guest I would have preferred that they spread us out and be able to take advantage of the low occupancy.The hot water took 15 minutes to finally reach our shower once turned on. I've stayed in many hotels in this area because I have family who live there, and this hotel is BY FAR the best one I've experienced yet. Rooms and lobby are immaculate, front desk staff is courteous and friendly (and thoughtful...they even provide complimentary laundry soap should you choose to use the washer/dryer) the breakfast is always good and I LOVE the beds. I'd say this hotel is definitely unbeatable.
