  I was very surprised by the level of customer service. All of the staff was very friendly and eager to help me in any way possible. Even the night time staff was attentive and very courteous. The room was very spacious and comfortable. It took me a little while to find the hotel, however the location is very quiet. I was able to rest and relax no problem. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food which was delicious. I would definitely stay here again! I enjoyed my stay in Sacramento more because of the wonderful service from this hotel.

  Traveling with toddlers, it was conveniently located to our activities and to the airport without taking too long to get there! The Staff was friendly and very pleasant the entire stay. The amenities were quite nice; especially the "laundry room" which was a great convenience while traveliing with toddlers. The rooms were comfortably clean and the facility is fairly new. The continental breakfast was great. It offered everything from cereal to waffles. The rooms also offered a small refrigerator and microwave in the room for your use which was great to keep snacks in for the kids!

  The hotel is like new. the rooms are clean and well sized. the staff was friendly. the breakfast was better than most at these types of hotels. busier on weekends.
