  We have stayed in this chain before and we received the same wonderful service each time. The hotel and the room very clean, friendly staff. When we told them about the light not working properly, it was fixed immediatly. No Complaints

  Very nice hotel. The people were very friendly. They offered a very nice breakfast downstairs while we were there. The room was nice and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again. It's a very nice area as well.

  My mother, 3 kids and I had a terrible experience at another hotel and cancelled our reservations. We were driving around the Seattle area lost and trying to find any hotel with an available room. We called X at the Springhill Suites and she was our guardian angel. She gave us directions and got us a room for the night. The hotel was all booked up for the rest of the week, but she put us on the waiting list and thankfully we were able to stay all week. The general manager Y, and other hotel employees A, B, and another front desk lady were all wonderful. When we checked out it was like saying goodbye to family. Wonderful place to stay. Such warm an friendly people. Delicious breakfast and beautiful rooms. I highly recommend this hotel!
