Stayed here for 2 nights before my cruise 2/10/11-2/12/11. Hotel shuttle picks you up at the airport. Hotel was nice. Very clean. Room was small for 4 people as we had 2 queen sized beds, 2 Tv's, desk, refrigerator. One TV didn't work well. Across the street there is a shopping mall where you an get any last minute items you need. We had a great lunch at the diner which was past K-MART. Walk instead of taking the shuttle as they charge $* each person. I was told when booking the hotel that the shuttle takes you to the Cruise port for free. You have to pay $* per person from KSA. They tell you what time you can be picked up. It's based by what cruise ship you are going on. Continental breakfast was very good. You can make your own waffles, they had eggs, sausage patties, hot and cold cereals, breads, muffins, bagels, pasteries, coffee, tea, milk and fresh fruit. There is either lemonade or iced tea always out as well as coffee. If you want to go to a restaurant to eat you can walk to the mall or take a cab as there is no restaurant on the premises. Buger KIng across the parking lots, McDonalds across the street and Chipotle grill next door. Pool was nice and the water was warm. Front desk staff was nice. The day we left to go on the cruise the shuttle was 45 minutes late due to a rain storm. The General Manager apologized and gave everyone waiting for the shuttle a bottle of beer, soda or small nip of wine. Hotel cost me $* for 2 nights. I had 4 coupons worth $*. They also have 2 computers you can use in the business room.

Great place to stay before a cruise. Plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Rooms were very spacious with a separate sitting area with bar and desk. I would highly recommend this!! The free airport shuttle and cruise port shuttles were great!!

I really liked this hotel. The location is nice, though it would've been nicer on the side of the street where the plaza is. I've stayed at the 2 other hotels on this street on the other side of the street and this one was by far the nicer of the 3. The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't get good reception on my ATT wireless phone from my room. But overall this is a nice hotel. The noise from the expressway was never an issue.

OUR PLANE WAS CANCELED, AND THE AIRLINE PUT US UPHERE. WHAT A BEAUTIFUL PLACE. A FULL BREAKFAST IN THE A.M. ANYTHING YOU WANTED AND THEN SOME. THE ROOM WAS SO UNIQUE AND HANDY IN EVERYTHING NEEDED. I WISHED MY WHOLE STAY COULD HAVE BEEN THERE. NO WAY , MY COMPANY WOULD SPRING FOR THIS, I WILL HAVE TO MAKE UP THE DIFFERENCE.I COME TO FLL EVERY MONTH. THE ONE AND ONLY COMPLAINT I HAD WAS THE LADY WHO CHECKED US IN. SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND ACTED AS THOUGH WE WERE A BURDEN TO HAVE INTERRUPTED HER EVENING. IF IDO STAY AGAIN, I JUST HOPE SHE IS NOT THERE. OTHER THAN THAT, COULD NOT GET ANY BETTER..THANK YOU JGRAY
