We just gor back from a weekend family get together that was flawless. The property and rooms were well appointed and spotless, the staff (all of them) were warm and efficient, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, well stocked throughout the serving hours. We could not have suggested one single improvement. We had three rooms and an age range from 15 mos through 88years old, so it was proven that this hotel can completely satisfy a wide variety of needs. Kudos Staybridge for actually achieveing what should be the goal of anyone in the hospitality business, making us feel like honored guests

We had one of our best hotel experience ever. We were in Charlotte for a wedding week-end . We are the family of the groom and had many friends and family that stayed with us (6 rooms) . The excellent service started before we ever arrived. I must have called them half a dozen times to ask Questions and change things. The were always very patient and accomadating. From the moment we arrived they did everything to make our stay a great one. The breakfast was very good, the people working in the kitchen bent over backwords to do more for us then we even expected. The hotel is clean and has a warm welcoming feeling. We did not have time to use the pool or the courtyard but many in our party did and the said it was very nice. Everyone left happy! If I could give the staff a higher rating then Excellent I would.

Warm and welcome reception when checking in. Room was clean and well appointed with everything you might need (or, perhaps have forgotten.) Free breakfast that was offered in the new lobby area had something to please everyone and with very comfortable setting to enjoy my food and coffee. The only negative note was the lack of hot water. I took a shower that was tepid at best. Perhaps due to the time of day? It was 7:00am. On my prior visit, I did not experience that same problem so perhaps this one morning lack of hot water was an abherration.
