The room was surprisingly spacious. It was very nice having a living area totally separate from the sleeping area, with a TV in each, especially since we were traveling with a teenager. The high-speed internet was a plus, breakfast was awesome, and excellent staff with great service. Great Job Staybridge Airport….. This hotel made me feel Extravagent: The size of the room and type of furnishings was a treat. I felt like we were in a very nice apartment instead of a hotel. I am very likely to return to the Staybridge Suites Columbus, OH - Airport. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This hotel was an amazing deal compared to the other hotels in the area. Great common space, great breakfast, easy parking, nice staff. I enjoyed our stay very much and found it easy to get into the downtown area. I was very worried about hearing the planes at night, and didn't even notice that we were so close to the airport! I would recommend it for staying in the Columbus area. Only downside, loud air conditioning unit, but it worked!

When I booked the room online, I booked a room with 2 Queen beds: What I received when we got there was a room with a bed and a pull out couch. I complained and was told that I should have called after making the online reservation because you don't always get what you book. They were NOT filled to capacity and there was NO attempt to accomodate us. It was very cramped and had I been able to secure lodging somewhere else, I would have. I will NEVER stay here again.

This hotel is clean and has great facilities--but you are not suppposed to use them! We were told we could not congregate in the lobby 15 minutes after their organized sundowner ended; one of our boys was yelled at for going to get a towel and getting the lobby wet (they were out of towels in the pool area where they were supposed to be), and we were followed by management whenever we walked down the halls! We had been there 4 times before and have had great experineces but now under new management.
