Limited service and very low staffing levels. There were times when no staff could be found! At times a sign was at the front desk saying that no one was available. It is a nice newer facility. If you need anything they ask you to come down to the front desk. Breakfast buffet ran out of some dishes and no one could be found.

We attended a Colts game and this is just across the street from the stadium. Downtown shopping is also close, only 4 or 5 blocks away. Our room was very nice. The bedroom had a door so someone could watch t.v. in there (or sleep) while someone else could watch t.v. in the living room/kitchen area. Clean and comfortable although they do not clean your room everyday, some people might not like that but I liked not having someone in your room while you're out. Would stay here again!

Was completely shocked & disappointed with our checkin process. The lady, *** (spelling?) was so rude that if I were her boss, she would have been fired on the spot. We asked a question and she interrupted us and said "you need to wait until I'm finished". Considering we were the only people checking in, what did we need to wait for and she was the one that interrupted us! Room was nice, but VERY disappointed that when our reservation was for 5 people and our room had TWO double beds and a hideaway bed, the bathroom was only stocked with 3 towels and 3 washclothes. Still can't figure that one out! Thought the rates were high, but then again it must have been because we were there during an NFL game. $*** for the first night and $*** for the second night - that's quite a difference! Otherthan the rude checkin, everyone else that works there was friendly. Location is awesome - right across the street from Lucas Oil Stadium!

As soon as I walked in the front door at the Staybridge hotel I was greeted by 2 lovely ladies that made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. My room was fantastic and far exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed the indoor spa and pool as well as the free breakfast which was awesome. I also got lucky that evening that I arrived and received free dinner which was hamburgers and hot dogs. I HIGHLY recommend staying there if you're going to be in the Indianapolis area!!

Talk about a nice place to stay. Perfect for going to a Colts game since it is 1 block from the stadium. Also on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday they have dinner in the lobby with drinks (cola, beer, wine) at no cost. The king room has a nice kitchenette, living area, and separate sleeping area. It does have a sleeper sofa so you can sleep 4 in a singe king room. Good hotel for families and long stays. Only downside is that it is not right downtown close to all the restaurants and night life.
