  I am extremely finicky when it comes to hotels, because it seems like you can't find truly clean accomodatons anymore. But this place was awesome! Very, very clean, comfortable, and cozy. I wish they had this chain of hotels all across the U.S., as it would be my hotel of choice. Between the clean accomodations, the indoor/outdoor pool, the saloon, the free breakfast, and te nce locatiion on the lake, it was worth every penny. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, this is where we'll be staying....

  Nice hotel - nice environment. It is setup like a wilderness lodge, which from a traveler point of view, is a welcome change from the cookie cutter places. The staff has a country feeling and are willing to help. The hotel has a nice breakfast that has not just cold cereals, but hot food as well. The hotel also has a nice bar / dinner lounge. The lounge offers pizza and basic snacks. The price is very reasonable, and a good value for a business traveler. A note - there is an Italian restaurant in the strip mall in front. (It is about 4 doors down from the gas station) IT IS EXCELLENT - eat there if you stay at the Stoney Creek Inn!

  Our room had vaulted ceilings and even the standard room is larger than any regular hotel room. very friendly staff, felt comfortable and welcomed right away. would highly recommend.

  My husband and I went to Peoria to see some friends that play in a band from St Louis. We decided to go ahead and make a weekend of it. This place was perfect. Excellent Customer Service! Highly Recommended!!
