We checked in to the Surburban Extended Stay Hotel in Coralville and were greated by a very helpful gal. We went up to our room where we were surprised at how pleasant and home-like the room was-clean, new, efficient and comfortable! The property might be 3 years old but it still smelled of new construction. We would recommend this property to anyone. A big thank you to Surburban Extended Stay Hotel for an excellent experience.
