PRICE. if you are on a budget this is your hotel(breakfast included). clean despite that the roomwas not clean when we arrived, they took care of that while we had dinner at the hotel restaurant which at that moment there was not cook. our meal was ordered at a nearby restaurant and the prices were right. nice view from the dining room, clean tables, clean towels and linens... one blemish soap was forgotten on a daily basis.free use of internet.

because there is a children playground beside the ...The Hotel Artefes is a renovated Ottoman wood house located in a small street only some steps from the main attractivities.
Because there is a children playground beside the house it iwas noisy during the day but at night it was rather quiet, we didn?t feel disturbed by the traffic.
We got every day clean towels, soap, shower -gel and one time slippers.
The breakfast was served in the restaurant at the roof top terrace with a wonderfull view to the Marmara sea and to the Blue Mosque.
the best of the hotel was the staff, very kind and friendly, always trying to help and to give informations and suggestions. -

I was stayed at the Artefes hotel with my wife one month ago. Everything was perfect organized. Firstly we was meeted in the airport. And about 25-30 minutes we arrived the hotel. We saw a lot of smiling faces for looking us and they were so friendly. We had a good room with a city view. The room was not so big but it's very functional.
The furniture was quite became old but everything was well kept and so clean.
The only negative thing was closed roof terrace that has a wonderful sea view although.
We are very pleased to stay at the Artefes.
We think to come back and see the beatiful city Istanbul again.
