Staff was friendly and inn was intimate and quaint but overall inn was not satisfactory at all. There was no closet to hang up clothes. Dishes were filthy with stains that had to be scrubbed out! The wood floors were very filthy. Just a little walking across the floor and our feet were black!

We checked in to the Sun Deck on New Years Eve at 1 PM. We were shown to our room and welcomed by a young man who helped us carry a few things. The owner soon came by with our receipt that I had forgotten at the desk. She was very friendly and even played with our dog for a few minutes. Our room was small but clean and comfortable. I would be happy to stay again.

My daughter and I stayed at the Sun Deck July 16-20, 2009 and loved our entire stay! The owners were most helpful!! They gave us directions, told us about some great places to eat and had everything we needed for the beach - sunscreen, chairs, beach towels and floats!! Then on our last day, our flight didn't leave until 6 p.m. and instead of just storing our bags for us for the day, they let us keep the room until we were ready to leave!! I doubt any big chain hotel would do that!! I would definitely recommend staying at the Sun Deck!!

We stayed there May 28 till May31 2009 and we had a BALL. Rick and Ray Thank you for all that you did to make our stay an enjoyable and relaxing time. There is no reason to leave the Island. Parked right in front of our room and everything is in walking distance from the site. The only problem we had was the directions Map Quest gave us....took us hours out of our way. Call the hotel for directions and save yourself gas and time. Thanx again for everything, we will be back.
