I have stayed at the Sun Valley Lodge, or Inn, several times for the last 9-10 years for conferences and personal trips. The ambiance is excellent, European style, clean, and comfortable. The two outdoor heated pools can't be missed, and the spa is something my wife enjoys every trip. The town of Ketchum is a classic American ski town with boutiques, restaurants (The Sawtooth Grill is something everyone should try...) and plenty of low end to very high end shopping. And don't forget to ski, or in the summer, golf. Go and enjoy!

Prepare to be impressed with the staff and location of this beautiful lodge. Even in off-peak dates there were doormen, valet's and others waiting to serve with smiles and friendly hello's. The Lobby and hallway's are grand -- so don't be dissappointed with the size of your room. Double beds and about 400 sq. feet. Sink inside the bathroom. Room condition was extremely clean and decour was wonderful just felt a little crowded in a smaller than expected room. Overall experience was peaceful, quiet and charming.
