We went down on President's Day Weekend I booked the room through here of course and it still took like 30 minutes just to check in. The staff was bad everyone I dealt with had a bad attitude. Had my sister and my nephew come down for the day they were not allowed to use the pool or anything at the hotel with having a wrist band which requires getting a room. They had like 5 people monitoring the pool area at all times telling you everything you were doing wrong. Not worth the amount of money I spent had a terrible time. Overall the place is nice pool is beautiful rooms are nicely decorated but the place has to many rules and poor quality staff. I am 32 years old and just went down there to relax was not down there raising heck just sitting around minding my own business and get told I was breaking rules every 5 minutes. Come on people its the beach.

Our family stayed at Shores of Panama for a long weeekend in May. This place is beautiful...from the condo, the views, the pool, the service and the beach. We are looking forward to going back soon! Highly reccommend. Resort is next door to Pineapple Willies, which is a good thing too.

The resort was very nice. The carpet in our condominium was very stained. While we were out by the pool one night one of the security guards warned us that some of the guests had been throwing things from the balconies. On the morning that we left we found that our vehicle had been vandalized along with several other vehicles, fruit was smashed all over it, the windshields were broken, brick had been thrown at them. This is deck parking. Where were the cameras and where was security? We asked for a phone number for upper management, to which he replied if you ever want to stay with us again I will give you a good deal!!!??? Real concern. He acted as if nothing like this had ever happened before. I was told that things got rough and security guards were injured during spring break there!!! Never again will we stay there. By the way the head management never returned our calls!!!

My boyfriend and I stayed here in March for Spring Break. The hotel is beautiful and our room was very clean and neat. The pool was very beautiful too. You get your money's worth and plus it sits directly on the Gulf Coast. Although the hotel was great the staff needs some improvement. They were not attentive to our needs. We spent several hours trying to book an additional night and the entire front desk gave us the run around. Eventually we did get the reservation. To top it off I got into a argument with the clerk in the computer lab near the fitness room. She was very rude and knew nothing about customer service. I did report her to front desk but they did nothing about it. Overall this is a very nice resort to relax but the don't rely on the staff to accommodate your trip more than expected.
