The booking site shows you a beautiful room, with light and a nice bed. this is not true at all. when we first arrived the bed linens were filthy.. if you wanted a taxi, there was no way to call, unless you used your credit card in the phone, in the main lobby. the ladies in the lobby were all smiles, and willing to assist, but for the most part everything we needed help with, they could not help us. there was only one security guard that was doing his job when he was on. again, no hot water in the room. no air conditioners, no way to call home, or home to call you in case of an emergency. i will not recommend the booking site, or this hotel/motel to anyone.. the site paints a pretty picture, and the price is looks worth it. but don't be fooled..don't book this hotel...you will not be a part of other hotels in the area. and you will not be able to tour sites because you can not get taxi service., again i do not recommend this site or this hotel...
