  We had a reservation problem and were told they could only accomodate us for 2 days instead of 4....no help given to us finding a new place. It was Lunar New Year , not a time for this to happen. The breakfast was so-so and we had to pay for it, even though it was supposed to be included. The room was fine, the pool was fine. etc... it does offer a great view, but would stay someplace else next time.

  Stayed at the Yasaka for 2 nights and it was a great stay. Staff was friendly, after a little snafu with the reservation. Once cleared up they were very helpful, even offering my girlfriend (Vietnamese born) direct contact info in case we're back in Nha Trang anytime soon. They even offered up a free ride back to the airport (about a 40-minute ride). Rooms were clean, big, and had great views. Housekeeping was good, Location can't be beat, across the street from the beach and pretty centrally located on the main drag. We used the spa, and while it's an average spa by US standards, it was still good and the staff very friendly and attentive. Complimentary breakfast was very good, and great views from the top of the hotel. We'd definitely stay here again.
