We stayed at this Hotel for three nights. so we could go to the Bristol motor speedway that wasn't far away. There was alot of things around us Like Food City store Kmart, KFC, Pizza hut, Ect. all within walking distance. We will stay there again. Everyone that worked at the hotel was very friendly. The price was good.

I stayed therea couple of years ago and it was nice. Clean rooms, good rate. I made a reservation for last year and found an entirely different hotel. The room was so run down and dirty looking that I didn't want to walk around without shoes. The bathroom was awful - mold around the tub, didn't look like it had been cleaned in a while. The linens on one of the beds were very badly stained and there was some kind of brown substance all over the front of the safe - I didn't even put anything in there because I didn't want to touch it. We cut our visit short because of the condition of the room. I will never stay at a Super 8 again.

We thought the pictures looked nice. Looks can be deceiving. The room was way below average and we would have been willing to deal with average as we only stayed one night. The room was old looking, dust webs hanging from the ceiling. It smelled musty and dirty. The hole in the ceiling where the smoke detector was had been cut too large so you could see up into the ceiling. Very tacky and gross looking. The bed looked slept in....the sheets and blanket were stained. There were only 3 very small pillows on the king bed. And the pillow cases were so thin you could see through to the stains on the pillows. It took from 3:30pm when we checked in until in the middle of the night sometime for the air to actually get cool and that was set on coolest high setting. The only good thing I can say is that the water was hot and the water pressure was strong. Other than that.....I would never skimp to get a cheap rate again!!! This hotel was horrible. I felt dirty the whole time. Oh, I will say that the desk clerk was very nice to change our room from the basement where you could walk in from the window to the 3rd floor. Although his dress attire was very unprofessional.

The only good thing I will say about the room is that the bathroom was clean and the shower water was hot. The room itself was terrible. It smelled musty and wet, turning on the air conditioning didn't make it any better. The bedspread and upholstered chair made me feel dirty just sitting on it. I didn't test it out, but I think my socks would've gotten damp if I walked on the carpeting. I'll never stay in any Motel 8 again.
