Room ok. We got a king bed. Bathroom door runs almost into the toilet so one has to manipulate the door to sit on the throne. Other than that the rooms were clean and heat worked. I have to turn up the tv as I am somewaht deaf and it was a little slow that evening for guests so I did not get any calls from the front desk. It might have been the same room discussed in the last review. I had a light switch next to the bed that did not work and there was a patch area on the wall under the heating/cooling unit. Need less to say I did Not investigate the light. We will not be staying again thought as hubby wants something closer to where my sons lives. But for review purposes I will say yes.

Ok where do I begin?.To start the customer service was not there, the front desk girl was either off to the side lobby chatting it up with a fellow co-worker not paying attention to who was walking up to the desk, or she was out front smoking. It was very dirty feeling, and it had a musty smell. The curtains didn?t close all the way to cover the full window. There was a bulb out in one of the lights. The lamp in between the beds was unplugged and when I went to plug it in I had shots of electricity shoot through my fingers and arm because, as I noticed after the fact, the wires were showing out of the cord. I went to the front desk to let them know what had just happened and all she said was ?I?m sorry, let me get the maintenance man to take a look at that.? I was hoping for a little more. There was a bubble in the wall by the air conditioner, when I felt it to see if it was solid it broke open and about 1-2 cups of water came pouring out.
I did call once I got home to complain to a manager, since there was never one at the location. And after about 5 days of trying to talk to someone I finally talked to X who is supposedly the owner, and I had to fight with him to get anything. He didn?t even care about what happened; he just said, ? You used the room didn?t you?? Yes I used the room but only because by the time this all happened it was 10:30 at night and my son was already sleeping I wasn?t going to
