  The staff had a little difficulty pulling up my reservation, but figured it out after awhile, she was very friendly, and even offered to upgrade my room. I would definitely stay here again.

  We were very happy with both staff and accommodations. We arrived way before check-in time and were checked in so we could meet our schedules and not have to worry about getting back to check in. We were with another couple and the staff worked to put our rooms close together.

  Rooms are clean yes...but even non-smoking rooms smelled like smokers had been in them recently and Im not actually sensitive to it. Beds were poor at best and I not sure but I think my pillows were filled with old newspapers. Desk staff is polite and helpful. Hotel is quiet. Not pet freindly if that matters to someone. Decor, temperature control and electronics were terribly outdated and rooms are smaller than the pictures make you believe. Location was also difficult to navigate out of the parking lot. I only stayed the one night but did not get a good nights rest.
