The hotel was great for what I needed. My buisness was 3 miles from this location and I needed a place to stay & food to eat. The room was clean,the people friendly & helpful,& there was entertainment & shopping within 10 to 15 minutes. For the price my experience was great.

My kids and I went to Carowinds Amusement Park for Scarowinds. When we got to the hotel the staff was very pleasant and the hotel room was very clean. I was looking for a hotel that was clean and not very expensive. For the value this was an excellent place for my children and I . I thought the location was great and very close to Carowinds. I would definitely return to the hotel and recommend this hotel to other guest.

Well, when we first arrived the remote to the TV didn't work. We also needed more towels, which they gave us a very hard time to get. Our AC also wasn't working, and the man came in to check it. He finally agreed to switch us to another room, but was very rude about it. I will NEVER stay there again, and would've went somewhere else if I didn't have to pay for the room before hand.
