10/24/2010The room was spacious except that there was hardly any hot water in the morning. it was not pleasurable to have lukewarm water in the shower.

we checked in & the girl at the desk charged us again even though we told it was paid for. She didn't even know what restaurants were in the area. The window in our room was left open and the smell from the nearby factory stunk it up bad. Complained but just got an "I'm sorry". luckily the air conditioner cleared the smell. Room was clean with exception of cobwebs on the ceiling. The breakfast was VERY DISAPPOINTING. There were about 5 donut holes we we got there, only a few slices of bread and every waffle that antone tried to make stuck to the waffle iron and had to be scraped off in crumbs. Clerk said they had a new one but "just haven't gotten it out yet. There was no fresh fruit like most places offer and onlly 2 cereal choices. A minor league baseball team was staying there so maybe that is why everything was about gone but they should have allowed for that and had extra. Also with only 4 tables in the breakfast area, which was right next to the check-in/out , the hotel clerk didn't even keep them wiped off. I had to clean the table before I could use it. She was nice when we checked out though and made sure that the double charge was removed from our credit card.

We had a nice stay, and were treated very well. Our room was located just at the top of the stairs, that overlooked the breakfast room and lobby, so it was quite noisy. I think if you would have a room farther down the hall it would be much quieter. It seemed to be a hotel that is used by workers from out of town, so there was a lot of early morning and late night traffic in the halls. They offered a on location laundry facility, and a nice breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful for all our inquiries. Sometimes it would smell of the factory down the road, but only outdoors, not in the room. It would of been nice if they would offer king size beds. They only have single queen, or two doubles. Yes, I would stay here again.
