Would never stay again

The room had no air conditioner so the staff left the windows open, I didn't think this was very safe as anyone could have slipped into the window & been waiting for me. Lots of traffic noise even with the windows closed, I kept hearing some kind of beeping noise all night. The carpet was stained & the room was very dated & in need of a face lift. We were told that they had breakfast, but we waited until 6:30 and no one showed up to open the office, so we had to go to a near by restaraunt to eat because we were on a schedule....a very disappointing stay.

I was not pleased with this hotel. We had already a set price for this room, but, they charged us $ a night extra in order for us to have a non smoking room. We felt this was uncalled for, there was nothing in our confirmation that would have let us know this ahead of time.

Stayed here on the way up to Oregon & Washington with a family of 5. It was nice that they have a room with 2 king beds not a usual find. The room was spacious, but the carpet seemed dirty. The room lighting was dark. Lots of lights, but not positioned in the right locations. Highway 101 creates a good deal of traffic noise, but does die down at night as there are fewer travelers on the road. We stayed in nicer hotels for lower prices in Oregon Portland. Crescent City is a good area to stay and see the Redwoods National Park. Lots of nice hikes and views.
