Front desk was friendly and helpful. Directed me to bus to travel to Riverwalk as it is approximately a mile away and you DON'T want to walk to it. Pool clean even though the lounge chairs were broken. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Basic continental breakfast consisted of 2 types of cereal, muffins and waffles with 3 types of juice, milk and coffee. Easy to find from airport and right off of I-35.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the pool was great! The only problem that we found was when I reserved another night and when we returned to our room exhausted from a day at the river walk our key would not work. Come to find out the clerk that took my reservation for the last night forgot to put it in the computer so they had checked us out a day early...luckily our luggage and things were still in the room. I would stay there again. It was close enough to the river walk, but we drove and used public parking. We did not have any problem with our car in the hotel parking lot. The highway was not a problem, even though it was close we could not hear it from our room. The continental breakfast was great too. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We stayed 2 nights for our anniversary getaway. For the price it was a great deal. We basically were out and about all day. We only went to the room to sleep and shower. Anytime we needed anything, the front desk attendants were very nice and helpful. The room was clean. the remote control for the TV didnt work and it took the front desk person 5 minutes to come to our room and fix it. He was very nice!!! We took a cab to and from downtown. the hotel is really close so we only paid around $* each way, which is about what we would've paid to park downtown and we avoided the headache of trying to find somewhere to park. If you are a light sleeper, the hotel is right by the interstate so you can hear the cars driving by. it did not bothers us at all. The breakfast was good too. You get waffles, muffins, fruit, cereals and coffee/juice. We had a wonderful stay and would totally stay again. Like I said, it was perfect for the price and location. I would reccomend to those who don't believe in paying an arm and a leg for a good room to stay in.

04/14/2010Poor service, blood on the bed sheets and manager nowhere to be found. no housekeeping on property, i would not recommend this holtel to anyone.
