We somehow missed the small print and got a smoking room (we are allergic to smoke). We didn't find out until checking in and there were no options. Since Travel online is non-refundable and the Super8 said no changes and no refunds we were stuck. I assume that if you are a smoker and don't mind the entire second floor reeking of a smoke smell this might be an inexpensive place to stay but it didn't work out for us. Even the sheets and pillows had a smell. We had to go to another hotel . Good luck.

I have used Travel online for my travel plans many times in the past, especially for plane tickets and have always had poistive results. This is the first time I used it for hotel accomodations. when Iwechecked in (Fort Collins, Colorado), the reservation said a "Smoking" room. Being non-smokers, that just would be acceptable. I do not remember there being an option to request a non-smoking roo. The motel clerk encouraged me to call Travel online and complain as he was unable to make a change in the system plus there were no non-smoking rooms available. The travel online person tried to tell me that it was on avalability but my friend who made her reservations a few days after us, had a non-smoking room. The motel clerk gave us a non-smoking room for that first night but we had to move out the next day as there were no non-smoking rooms for the next two nights. We called Travel online that morning and were given a refund for the next two nights and ended up moving to another motel.

I got this room reserved at the last minute for my son and daughter in law. They were traveling and had car trouble and needed a quick place to stay. This hotel was very conveniently located right off I-25 South. They said the room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast served the next morning was more than expected. Overall they had a great stay. Would highly reccomend this hotel.

The front desk girl on the morning shift was kind of rude and looked at you like you were stupid when you ask her for things. The evening shift guy was the exact oppisite, he was friendly personable and very helpful. I think the morning shift could learn a few things from the evening shift
