  This is the second time we have stayed at this motel. We have family in Goshen and like the location and price of this moter. The front desk clerk was friendly and the room was very clean. We were given a room on the second floor in the back of the building which overlooked a corn field. Very nice view. The only problem with this second floor room is that there are no elevators. It was hard to carry our luggage and cooler up the stairs. Next time, I will request a room on the first floor.

  While this motel was a bit farther than we would have liked from South Bend, it didn't jack up the price to astronomical levels. The staff was very helpful and courteous and the room was clean and adequate.
