I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and was very pleased. The staff treated me more like family. They were wonderful at the front desk. The manager even offered to hook up my internet on my laptop for me, (I am not very tech minded). The rooms were very clean, all my needs were met. I would definately stay again. For a woman traveling alone this place was perfect.

We book through a travel site and were unsure what to expect. At the time of check in our family were greeted ok. however the next morning the woman at the desk ( karen) was so rude when we thought we missplaced our key. It seem as if we inconvienced her. She also charge out credit card an additional $20 without notice for the keys. She commented thats what happens when your irreponsible. I was shocked and disgusted with her. I hotel experience would have been okay if it were not for her.

Although I didn't choose it, I was put in a smoking room which naturally smelled of smoke. The bathroom wasn't very clean, and the towels were really frayed and dingy. My telephone didn't work. The bathroom light took several minutes to turn on. The bed was like sleeping on a board, and the pillows were small and very flat. The decor of the room was garish. Next time I visit Harlingen, I'll stay at another property.

We stayed here because of the good rating that was given by the person who stayed in the suite. We did as well but the carpet was ripped and ""repaired"" with duck tape. The continental breakfast consisted of warm orange juice and stale bagels. Overall a very big disappointment.

We rented their suite, it was very clean and featured a hot tub in the room. The bed was very comfortable. The room also had a coffee maker, small fridge, microwave and double sinks. The room however was very warm when we arrived, I would recommend calling the hotel an hour before your arrival and requesting the air be on. The unit did cool the room down in a hour or so. They also had a very nice breakfast area, a nice treat was a self serve waffle maker. Over all I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
