The room appeared to not have been cleaned. There were hairs sticking out of the blow dryer, couple of roaches in the shower (dead, thank heavens!), general litter on the carpet as if it hadn't been vacummed. My daughter and her family stayed at the hotel and had a late arrival - thus she didn't request housekeeping to come in and clean.

The room was clean and the staff was polite, but the light in the bathroom was too dim to apply makeup with, and the TV remote quit working and we were given vague instructions by the desk on how to reprogram it instead of someone coming to do it for us.I did eventually figure it out. The continental breakfast was nice.

The floors are sticky, so don't walk on the carpet without your shoes. The halls smell terrible and the rooms smell only slightly less. The pillows were hard and smelly. Stay here if you absoulutely must, but for for a few extra dollars you could do much better.

This hotel was atrocious. When I arrived at the hotel, the staff was very discourteous and unhelpful. The clerk was extermely unfriendly. She instructed me to go back outside and go to the side door to go in. It took me forever to find the room and location. When I got to the room, there was no toilet paper, there was leftover used soap all in the bathtub, and half eaten food and drinks in the fridge. The hotel was loud, the remote for the tv did not work, and the whole room was filthy. I checked out the next day and checked into a different hotel nearby. The place was awful and I would not recommend it to anyone
