Think twice before staying here! If you do happen to stay here make sure you get a room upstairs. We got a room downstairs and we thought the people in the room above us were going to fall through. The floor between our rooms could not have structurally sound. It sounded like there were 20 heavy people up there running around. We went to bed around 11pm but people above us didn't. The people in the room above us were so noisy. It sounded like they were stomping around and we could hear every step they took because the ceiling creaked very badly. I called down to the front desk and the lady said she would give them a call and apologized. The noises finally stopped about midnight but then started in again around 6am. So we didn't get much sleep at all. I went down to the front desk to see if they could do anything for us but all she could do was apologize and leave a note for the manager who wouldn't be back till next week. On top of that, we were trying to sleep and someone started vacuuming the hall. At that point, we gave up, packed our bags and left.

they had no pool, no internet, the air wasn't working correctly. we found trash next to the bed. they had a barking dog in the room next door...i did ask to move so we could get some sleep. we did move and the room and hallway smelled of smoke so badly.the shower was horrible. not enough hot water for us to shower well. and the shower head was placed on the wall very low so that it sprayed on your belly and not your head. of course it wasn't adjustable. i payed w/ credit card 2 weeks before arrival. i would of went to another hotel to stay, but we were in town for a concert and had very limited time to get there. we live 2 hours away from jonesboro and had no idea this would be a disaster. we have a super 8 in our town. i have stayed there and it was clean, smelled nice, and had a pool! i would never recommend the jonesboro location to my worst enemy!

overall a good experience, but some may not want to put up with a few negatives... pros were the front desk was very helpful, they gave us a key that did not work at first, when told about it they switched us rooms and keys right away with no hesitation. when the toilet handle broke, the maintenance guy was there in lest than 10 minutes and fixed it within the next five minutes, and was very courteous. the room was good sized and fairly clean and quiet, beds and bathroom were clean but wear socks on the carpet. there was a mini-fridge and microwave in the room, and it was pretty quiet. some cons were the showers seemed to have been made for people under five foot tall, so being 5'8" I had to bend over very far to get my head rinsed, also there was hardly any water diverted to the showerhead, half the water would only come out at the tub faucet. also we booked a non-smoking room but smelled very smoky. the beds to me were way too hard, but my roommate likes them hard as a board, and she found them too soft. overall, i would prefer a shower for a normal person and a non smoky room but if i was just passing through for a night or two, and was looking for a budget conscious place to stay, i would consider this hotel again.
