Front desk people were helpfull, cleaning staff were lack luster at best. when we checked in a 2:15 pm found our room dirty and not ready for occupation, informed front desk and told person we would be back later. When we returned back around 9 pm found room in same condition that we found it a 2:15 pm. Went to front desk and complained and was given another room that had been cleaned. Overall cleanliness of building was very lacking and was apparent that housekeeping has no overall direction. We will not being staying at this motel when we visit Lincoln in the furture. Price was a good value, but we would be willing to pay more for a room for a better maintained building.
