We had no problems. The room was clean and the staff was cordial. We were there 3 days during the week to visit DC. Traffic was the only problem. The room had a few rough spots on the walls, and the furniture was old, but it was clean enough and did not smell. I did not expect 4 star accomodations at this price, so was well satisfied and the price was great. Area was quiet and easy access to I66 to DC and right on Rt. 28 that goes to Dulles. We will stay here again.

This hotel is in bad need of upgrading and cleaning. There were cigarette burns on the microwave in IN the refrigerator. While the towels were clean, they had been bleached so many times that they were no longer soft. And, to top it all off, the bathroom door stuck every time that we used it meaning that you really had to fight to get out of the bathroom. At one point I though that I was going to have to get my husband to open the door from the other side. Or course, that is when I noticed all of the cobwebs behind the door and asked myself when the last time was that anyone really cleaned. Other than that.......the location was okay. The price was okay......but not worth it when you consider the state of the overall accommodations.

The room was a hazard with crud on the wall next to the bed, linens you could see through, the bathroom door knob dangled, cigarette smoke traveled through the vents into our room all night, the bath tub floor was so thin it felt as though it would fail any second, heavy mud from some construction outfit staying there that covered the stairs (all three flights) and the whole walkway to the room. My last note is when you leave, there is one way out and it dumps you onto a doule lane (high traffic) hwy, RT.28. If your going north gret, but if you are going South, your in for an experience!.

THIS HOTEL IN ANOTHER LOCATION WOULD HAVE BEEN OK. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND RELATIVELY UPDATED BUT THE SURRONDING NEIGHBORHOOD WAS CONCERNING. GOOD FOR A SINGLE MAN OR A COUPLE OF GUYS LOOKING FOR A CHEAP AND CLEAN PLACE TO STAY, BUT IF YOU ARE TRAVELING WITH YOUR WIFE AND OR KIDS STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!
