We had a reservation for a non-smoking room. There was a strong smoke smell in the hallway just past the main desk. I think that the ventilation is set up this way. The set up of the hotel is to have smoking rooms between the non-smoking rooms in sets. We tried to open a window, so do the smokers. An air conditioner is worthless because it sucks in the smoke. If you go into the hallway, its full of smoke too. This is essentially a smoking hotel, or second hand smoke for us non-smokers. We stayed at a Motel 8 the night before in another location - absolutely nothing wrong there. The internet connections here disappear off your list or drop. We were behind the front desk and had 1 bar on the wireless. This is an older hotel, needs lots of help. Carpet was old and the floor was lumpy. The parking lot was very dark and has no fence between you and the surrounding houses.
