This Hotel is the worst I had ever stayed in. The room was dirty the bedding had stains & cigarette burns. There is only one elevator on the right side of the Hotel. Night staff has horrible customer service skills. Day staff is great!!

I chose this hotel because I wanted to visit my alma mater and this was among the most reasonably priced locations. There were others that cost the same or less, but I was familiar with them (I used to live in the area) and knew I didn't want to stay there. Although the location is a bit peculiar - wedged between the freeway, a trolley line and a major thoroughfare, the property was clean and quiet. The room was VERY clean, the water was hot and there was a coffee maker, microwave and fridge along with a variety of TV channels. The staff were all pleasant, the breakfast and free, no-hassle internet access were nice bonuses and I would certainly stay again if I were to travel under similar circumstances.

This Hotel was wonderful. Its was our first trip out of town and the staff in this hotel were great! The brakfast was great ,they had variety and freshness. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were cleaned and ours had a microvawe, fridge and coffee machine.I truly recommend this hotel for anyone that travels to San Diego.

Everyone at the Inn from the front desk to the cleaning crew where all super nice . The trolley station is next to the Inn , which makes going to Charger games really convenient . A good value for the dollar . The staff are friendly and go out of there way to make guest fell comfortable .
