If you don't care about getting any sleep, this is the place for you! We checked in around 1:45am., we were tired and were ready for sleep! The walls in our room were paper thin! The guy next door to us was snoring so loud it took us over an hour to fall asleep. Then the following morning at 7:45am. we were RUDELY awakened YELLING, CHANTING, and HOLLERING! T here was a conference right below our room! These idiots went on for well over 45 minutes doing this. I called to the front desk and asked what was going on. The girl told me "Oh yeah, there is a group right below your room." She gave me a too bad, so sad type "oh well". I said " Well, are you going to tell them to shut up or am I?" She gave in....oh how special! With in 10 minutes the group finally shut up! Being so mad about the whole situation we were not able to get back to sleep. Hey, I know this place is cheap, but what a load of crap to have conference rooms right below your guests. Never...ever....again will we be back!

I requested a non smoking room and when we arrived we put in a smoking room, I went down to the front desk and the counter girl was far less than helpful, informing me there was nothing she could do. She didnt have another room to put me in and that Travel online put me in the available room. She didnt offer to refund or compensate in any way, I will not stay there again, and because the PBR was in town there were no other hotels to go to.

We booked two rooms (next to each other) and both were very unclean. There were empty beer bottles and bottle caps in various places around the rooms. The bathtub looked as if someone had taken a shower with muddy boots on. There was hair in the sink. The coffee and tea condiments were open and partially used. They were not replaced. It was clear that the only attention the room received was by the beds being made and clean towels brought in.

Stayed at the Super 8 Billings, MT over the 2008 Christmas holiday. Very pleased the room was oversized, clean, quiet and very reasonably priced. The breakfast was simple and staff helpful. Kingsize nonsmoking room on second floor.
