Driving through from Western WA to Eastern and needed a good place to sleep & shower. Super 8 in Ellensburg worked out great- that's all it was: a bed and shower. Did not feel compelled to use the pool or have the breakfast in the morning. Instead enjoyed an old fashion breakfast at the "Red Horse" cafe less than 2 miles down the road from it- very good! Look that place up on line before you go- its wonderful. Stayed in two different rooms within one mth due to business travels- BOTH rooms had problems with the outdated hanging light blinking to the point that removing the light bulb was necessary. All in all there are worst places to stay in E'burg. This one is a step up from that and clean. I would stay there again.

Everyone was friendly, The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. I would have liked to see some air freshener in the bathroom but all the other amendities were there. The air conditioner worked well. While I didn't have the time to use the pool, it looked nice but the hot tub was empty and may not have been working. Some of the carpet in the hallways was dirty but the room was clean and good - nice TV, valuable safe, deadbolt on the door and electronic card entry. Overall is was the best price, and a nice place to stay. The continental breakfast came in handy too.

We were traveling to Ellensburg for a karate tournament over the weekend. We have stayed at this hotel before when traveling for similar reasons. The rooms are accommodating and clean, the beds were a little springy but comfortable enough. It's fairly quiet and right near the main road. There are plenty of fast food places within walking distance (Wendy's is right next door, Taco Bell isn't far, either.) The travelocity price was affordable and we got the AAA discount. We will stay here again.

This was the quietest stay I've had at a hotel in years. In three nights I never heard someone else's shower running, or slamming doors, or footsteps in the hall. No microwave or fridge - but you get what you pay for.

The first non-smoking room was a bit smoky, but the front desk staffer was incredibly kind and moved us to the non-smoking wing promptly. Great night's sleep, great breakfast and the best priced hotel in town for your money. Will definitely stay there again!
