The rooms were smelly. They reaked of cigarette smoke..the hallls too. The bathrooms could have been cleaner.....there was a ring around the tub.. Wouldn't recommend. Will say that talking the lady at the front desk was very nice and she went out her way to get clean towels for the second room, that our boys occupied.

Smoking and non-smoking rooms are on the same hall and sometimes next door. The smell of cigarette smoke was in the hall and room. Rooms are small. Across the street is a Truck stop so the noise was constant I would probably spend a little more next time and go somewhere else.

This motel had a severe infestation of bed bugs. I notified the Harrisonburg dept of health. This place is nasty! I am an airline pilot and stay in hotels nine nights per month and this place is the worst I have seen. Your three star rating is very misleading. I was refunded $* from the hotel and expect the balance of my bill to be refunded by you immediately.

This hotel was booked for a quick overnight place to sleep. My husband and I stayed about 8 hours. First, the parking lot is terriable. The hotel staff was OK. The drink machine took my money so I told the staff and she said, "Oh, it takes my money too." Walking to the room on the 3rd floor was fine but once you walked into the hallway on that floor it smelled so bad I almost had to run to the bathroom. The room was not any better. The bed was more like sleeping on concrete. I do not drink coffee but my husband does so he made the coffee that was in the room... needless to say he took one sip and left it. This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. We stayed in a Comfort Inn 3 nights later that was a couple exits down the interstate... it was wonderful and for a cheaper price!

10/02/2007Room was supposed to me non-smoking yet had that smokey odor.....the rug was so old it felt sticky and apparently the never vacum around or near the furniture ...
Room was supposed to me non-smoking yet had that smokey odor.....the rug was so old it felt sticky and apparently the never vacum around or near the furniture because dust was evident in most corners and cranies! Luckily we had booked a twin double because when we turned down the 1st bed there was hair in it.....thankfully the 2nd on was clean. The wireless signal was too weak to work even when I brought the laptop to the lobby. I guess you get what you pay for! Never again at this place.
