  We checked in and our room was dirty. there were towels laying in the tub and the bed wasn't made. asked for house kepping to come fix it and ...

  we checked in and our room was dirty. there were towels laying in the tub and the bed wasn't made. asked for house kepping to come fix it and they told us they left for the day. not happy at all with the service. We will not be stayin there agian.

  Not only was the staff incompetent and didn't know what they where doing, the room smelled like urine and the bed was never made. would not let me change ...

  Not only was the staff incompetent and didn't know what they where doing, the room smelled like urine and the bed was never made. Would not let me change rooms either... I just walked out and went down the street.

  Complained that eh room stank to smart the eyes and irritate the throat, and i get no apology much less any eye contact after a stay of arounf ten minutes. ...

  Complained that eh room stank to smart the eyes and irritate the throat, and I get NO apology much less any eye contact after a stay of arounf ten minutes. Terrible, terrible, just the worst. Young "lady" with too many facial peircings smiled on the way in, but was jsut the nastiest biatch on the way out. Moved to Comfort Inn for a nice stay and a sympathetic ear. Super 8 Helena MT needs to have their Staff and Management re-examined. Fire the night clerk who's off at 10-11:00pm. She's rotten.

  Tried following my GPS to get to the Hotel and it led me in circles when the entire time I could see the hotel out the car window. Everything was about what I expected for the price we paid. It was a little annoying to have to walk in and out the lobby through a cloud of smoke created by the employees smoking outside. Rooms are clean but a little run down. The wireless internet was great.

  Wonderful, helpful staff with clean and well-maintained rooms. great ammenities.
