This is a great place to stay whether you are traveling along I-30 or as a base from which to visit the Hot Springs National Park area. It was reasonably priced, even without a reservation, and they gave me a king-sized bed, a microwave, and a mini-fridge. It was a large room, furnished with a desk, armchair, and the usual dresser, bedside tables, and entertainment center/dresser. It also had a personal coffee pot, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. There is a nice pool in the center of the courtyard, surrounded by lots of lights, so I felt secure swimming alone in the pool in the late evening. The hotel seemed well-manacured as well - the hotel staff hosed off the sidewalks late in the morning. The landscaping was very nice as well. The only complaint I had was in the free continental breakfast. I went for breakfast one of the two days I stayed there. Breakfast was served 6-9am. I got there around 8:40am to find one danish, 2-3 slices of white bread, at least a dozen blueberry bagels, and about 4 types of cereal, coffe, and orange juice. The milk jug was on the counter rather than in ice, which always concerns me. The Fruit Loops were stale. I enjoyed the danish, but wished there had been another. I would definately stay here again.

08/24/2009The service from the front desk to the room service was very good, and professional. my only dislike was that there was no mini refrigerator or microwave for storage.
