Bad neighborhood. Guy at the front desk was about as unpleasant as possible. No elevator to upper floors. Outdated and dirty. Bad smell. Continental breakfast was okay. I would only stay here again in an emergency. I should have spent a little more and got something better. I could only give 1 star maximum.

Nice staff, seemed clean, hard bed, no cheap restaraunts within walking distance, laudromat around the corner, simple room with fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker in king room. very limited free cold breakfast. Do NOT eat at restaraunt a block north of Motel.

We just needed a place to stay before catching a flight out the next morning. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. It was the smell in the hallway that was atrocious. It smelled like there had been cats living in the halls. The non-smoking rooms had smoking rooms in between and that smell also crossed over. The bathroom was clean except for the corners of the floor. The bed and linens were fine.

Eight (8) couples spent a restful night before cruise out of Miami. Staff very helpful and several very good eateries near by .Some ate at motel some went just about a block away for large breakfast. Very impressed with large street signs in city and close to Miami and Everglade Ports. We are looking at staying here again in 2009 before cruise (10-12 couples).Only problem one couple lost room card. Several couples so impress with Pompano Beach, interested in retiring there.

Do not stay here!! Cockroach in the bathroom & mold on the walls & ceiling. When asked for a different room was advised the facility was totally booked & yet at 11:30 p.m. parking lot was almost empty. Paid $119.00.
