ok i stayed at this super 8 and i always go back but let me say this hotel has Great customer service!! the front desk is so complimentive and helpful the rooms were great!! they helped me with wake up calls, breakfast, directions, and they were good and always are good company. I recommend this hotel and im sorry i dont get some or most of these comments and reviews others write but I recommend this hotel for everyone and am looking forward to go this summer its a good place to have a vacation, good job front desk keep up the good work.

Average size double room, large enough to add a roll-away for a third person. Right off the freeway. Lots of restaurants nearby, on the other side of the freeway. Small parking spaces near the entrance -- I think our car may have gotten scratched. Small pool area looked nice, but there is freeway noise. OK breakfast.

The Super 8 Hotel was find for the price. Obviously for the price, you cannot expect Four Seasons-style accommodations. The hotel room was reasonably clean. The walls are thin, so be cognizant of that if you are a light sleeper. The maid service does not coordinate with the front desk, so unless you want them knocking on your door at 8:00 am, display your "Do Not Disturb" sign. The staff was friendly and competent. The pillows were a little flat, so you may want to bring your own. Also, I reserved a queen room, but that is the smallest queen bed I have ever seen. I believe it was actually a double.

The lighting in the room was bad, there was only one small trash can, a few ants , and the bottom of the tub made so much noise it seem like it could have fell through to the next floor down at any minute other than that the room was okay.

We check in with 2 great people on 8/22/09 around 7pm. The bathroom only had one towel and the shower did not work, the bed and floor were groose. The whole room smelt of chemicals, like a body had just been removed and they were trying to cover it up. The nice people upfront tryed to help make it toloriabe. The next morning we asked to us the guest PC to print out SeaWorld tickets & they said sure. When the printer did not work she said it never does? Why did she not tell us that? Then we put it on a usb drive and asked if she could then at here desk. She said I can but I won't. I asked if I could show her how and she said she knew how she just did want to. We drove the howardjohnson next door and they printed them:( It is hard to say how mean she was and she was the manager. The housekeeper stood next to her behind the desk and they laughed like schoolgirls trying to bully us. How ugly? I would say they ruined my vacation and my families just with the attitude alone beside the yuclness of the room.don't stay there nothing work and mangement SUCKS!
